Hoy 1994

Symbolic and Architectural Agency

Hoy 1994 is a project that revisits and reconfigures the propaganda strategy of national pavilions, conceiving it as an architectural space from which critical memory can be activated.

Through the symbolic invocation of images and documents, the piece proposes acts of collective exorcism that confront the figures, institutions, and corporations involved in the events of 1994, drawing direct links to the present.

The project functions as an inverted time capsule, where architecture is not merely a container but a ritual field where history, power, and specter intersect.
